The Nordic Museum is a foundation-owned Swedish Cultural History Museum. Their mission is to preserve and bring to life the memory of the life and work from the 16th century to the present day. It is Sweden's largest cultural history museum, the collections contain over 1.5 million items.
Here you find exhibitions including folk art, home decor, clothes and fashion. The museum has both permanent and temporary exhibitions and activities. The amazing museum building was built between 1889 and 1907, designed by architect Isak Gustaf Clason.
