All-You-Can-Eat Shrimps in the archipelago

Långedrag Värdshus – between the ocean, Gothenburg & paradise

Next to the ocean, with unbeatable scenery, lies Långdrag Värdhus. Watch the boats sailing towards the Port of Gothenburg, enjoy the sunset and an á la carte menu inspired by the sea or a simpler sailing menu with lighter dishes. The menu features lobster, Kalix vendace roe, halibut and cod back fillet, as well as classics such as beef tournedos and dry-aged entrecôte.

Dinner Cruise around Hisingen

Enjoy delicious food and some of Gothenburg’s most breathtaking views aboard the M/S Carl Michael Bellman. The cruise takes you around Sweden’s fifth largest island, Hisingen, through the winding Göta Älv and Nordre Älv, across Björköfjorden and finally into the vibrant Port of Gothenburg. Brännö Varv – Café & Bar

Café Varvet is located in Gothenburg’s southern archipelago, in the former shipyard on the classic and car-free island of Brännö. If you like locally brewed beer, cocktails, delicious wines, seafood tacos, shrimp and open-face sandwiches this is the place for you! The unique mix of archipelago, industry and tropical vibe makes this a wonderful hangout.

How to get here: Take Tram 11 to Saltholmen, catch an archipelago boat and alight at Brännö Rödsten. It's a five-minute walk from there. Do you have your own boat? Then you can moor at one of the café’s guest berths.

Luxury in the archipelago – Salmon and Shrimp Cruise

Did you know that you can find paradise at the end of the No 11 tram route? Or at least “Paradiset”, the quaint little coffee house in Kallbadsparken on Saltholmen. Here you can enjoy wickedly good pizzas and appetisers, and drink delicious natural wines. There's a laid-back atmosphere and you can also play boules if the mood takes you.

How to get here: Saltholmsgatan 60 –take Tram 11 to the terminus at Saltholmen, or come by car or boat. Parking and guest berths in the marina.
