Lotta Bäckström, is our restaurateur on board M/S Göteborg. She is also a food creator, inspirer and certified chef. Her special way to visualize food is sensual with a lot of love.
In recent years many of Lottas projects has come to include editorial food magazines and food styling in ads for, among other, Subway, Arla Foods and Elle Magazine. Her great interest in food have also enabled her to make organized food tours to southern Europe and North Africa, which has been a great source of inspiration and new learnings. She has also published several cookbooks and today she is also working as a consultant for many different restaurants within all Europe.
