Stromma's Sustainability Efforts
At Stromma, we actively work with sustainability. We cooperate with the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for a cleaner Baltic Sea. In our restaurants onboard, we use environmentally friendly cleaning products and actively work to reduce the use of single-use plastic items. We only serve organic and ethically marked coffee/tea and never fish that has a red light in the WWF's fish guide. Our goal is to gradually increase the proportion of sustainably sourced food.
