SkyWheel is a ferris wheel in central Helsinki, which came into operation on 3 June 2014. It's a state of the art Observation Wheel that provides a 360° view of the heart of Helsinki, its surroundings, cultural attractions and historical buildings.
The SkyWheel is 40 meters high and has 29 blue-white gondolas and a VIP gondola in varying color and leather seats and glass floors. Each gondola have place for eight people, except the VIP Gondola that holds four. The SkyWheel allows year-round operations due to its acclimatized cabins.
