Individuals will be turned away, regardless of whether they inquire in person, via mail or by phone. The only exception to this rule is for those wheelchair users whose wheelchairs can be folded and who – with or without the aid of a companion – can make their way onto the boats and sit in the regular seats. All others will be rejected. Foldable wheelchairs may only be brought on board the vehicles if the captain permits it based on an assessment of the space available.

Due to the interior layout of our buses, we regret that we cannot accommodate wheelchair users who require non-foldable wheelchairs. This applies regardless of whether the inquiry is made in person, by email, or by phone.
However, wheelchair users whose chairs can be folded, and who can board the bus with or without the assistance of a companion, are welcome to use the regular seats. Foldable wheelchairs can only be brought on board if the bus driver determines there is sufficient space.

Our regular Hop On-Hop Off bus tours include stops at Langelinie Pier (stops 6, 7, and 8). Additionally, we operate shuttle buses to all cruise ships docked at Ocean Quay, which you can board at stop 5 - The Little Mermaid. We service every cruise ship that arrives in Copenhagen.
If your cruise ship is at Langelinie Pier, you simply take our Classic Copenhagen tour to stop 6, 7, or 8. If your ship is at Ocean Quay, you must hop off at stop 5 - The Little Mermaid and switch to our shuttle bus, that will take you to your cruise ship.
This is dependent on the day of operation. Please send an email to info@stromma.dk and inform us about the name of the ship, date, and departure time.

Where can we sail?
As long as water levels permit, we can sail to almost any corner of Copenhagen's inner harbor. Our Classic Canal Tour, which covers Inderhavnen (Copenhagen's central harbor), passes The Little Mermaid, and sails through Christianshavn’s Canal and Frederiksholm’s Canal, takes one hour.
For a two hour tour, we can also explore the northern and southern parts of the harbor (Nordhavn and Sydhavnen). If you have specific route requests, feel free to mention them when booking ordiscuss them with the captain on the day of the tour. Please note, if the route is decided on the day of the tour, we cannot guarantee the guide will be able to provide commentary outside of the normal sightseeing route.
Canal boats are restricted to sailing within the inner harbor and are not allowed to venture into open waters. Therefore, we cannot sail beyond the Port of Copenhagen itself (e.g., past Trekroner Fort and Slusen). This means trips to and from places like Tuborg Harbor, Kastrup, or Oceankaj are not possible.
